I finally bit the bullet and tiled my living room - which was the last

Just something I wanted to try - but has not shifted my sinus problems. For
the last two weeks, I have eaten only fruit and vegetables, plus rice and
rice based pasta. I have drunk only peppermint and camomile tea. I have

i'm still struggling with ditching the smoking habit completely. i've
cut way down and am fairly happy about that, but i need/want to cut
back more and quit completely if possible.
