does Astelin 'dry' out your sinuses? is it like Claritin-D (Claritin

I am new to this group. I have been having sinus problems for 9 months. I

I had FESS surgery 2 days ago and all went well - except that my voice
sounds different - really nasally and weird especially when I pronounce
certain words beginnign with 'n' or 'm'. Has anyone else experienced this,
and if so, is it only termporary - or am I doomed to sounding ...
