I find that even minimal exposure to air conditioning makes me feel cold inside my chest and, very often, after that, I get sinus infection. Why is this? Is it common?

Where is the best place to live in regard to air quality within the continental U.S? I'm so tired of breathing tons of pollen, smog, etc! And, recently my area is being blanketed with wild fire smoke :(

For me, only when I blow strong does the pussy stuff, sometimes, come out. Especially after irrigation. If I don't blow or blow softly, nothing comes out. Antonio
