anyone know of any supplements, diet changes, drugs - whatever that
would help to hydrate mucous membranes in the lining of the nose? mine
are bone dry and just won't moisten up. it's miserable. i use saline
spray all day long - seems like every 1/2 hour i'm hitting the bottle.

I am thinking of trying the hydrogen peroxide solution for irrigation
- anyone know where I can buy it over the counter in the UK? I've done
a search of this group to find out but to no avail!

I am scheduled for surgery on the 30th of this month.  I have severe

My doc hs prescribed this for my sinus miseries (it seems to occur same time
every year so it might be allergy-related).

Just wondering if there is anybody else out there that has trouble smelling
and tasting.  This has been going on for almost 2 years now and I'm pretty
fed up with it.  I have chronic sinusitis and had surgery last Feb.  That
seemed to help for awhile but now I'm back to the same old ...

Hi all, I have always been a snotty lad... my father says I have always

I have had this constant drainage down the back of my throat for 4
weeks..yellowish green..went to the doc's and she put me on antibiotics
for two weeks..nothing has changed, I have been smelling this odd odor in
my nose also..strange smell..it is the odor that I am most concerned ...
