anyone know of any supplements, diet changes, drugs - whatever that would help to hydrate mucous membranes in the lining of the nose? mine are bone dry and just won't moisten up. it's miserable. i use saline spray all day long - seems like every 1/2 hour i'm hitting the bottle.

My doc hs prescribed this for my sinus miseries (it seems to occur same time every year so it might be allergy-related). Anyway, reading about it always makes one fearful of side effects. SOOOO... for those who have tried it, have you experienced any side effects?

.Hello... I'm curious... How come any threads that mention hydrogen peroxide whip through this group like diarrhea? ....Just a guess here, but I bet the future will see this chemical being touted as a front-line treatment for sinusitis, as opposed to snorting some antibiotic
