Hi all, I know this may not be relevant to this group but since I and
doctors and physio do not know what is causing it, then I shall ask.
I have swelling and pain in upper left arm, pain in upper bicept and
pain under arm pit.

I traveled to the Cleveland Clinic to discuss my chronic sinusitis with
Dr. Lanza, an ENT at the Otolaryngology Department there.
First, some news that may be relevant to folks here on this NG:  I asked
Dr. Lanza about irrigation with gentamicin.  Dr. Lanza said that they

ENT guy that i had polyps. he of course immediately recommended either
surgery or a gigantic blast of antibiotics or prednisone.
