Is it possible to blow your nose too hard and thus cause possibly more swelling to your turbinates? If so then how do I get rid of all the crap up there in the morning, (I usually blow it all out when in the shower although I do blow very hard)

Hello steve I've been reading sinus posts for quite some time since I had sinus sugery in Nov,2002 its been about 18 long months now and I sorrowly regret it. I think that I had ethmoidectomies91 side total ,1 side partial, deviated septum worked on(It still looks crooked to me)
