Short update to the somnoplasty on my turbinates, now 40+ days ago.
At ~25 days they switched me from Flonase to Nasaral

My wife any I both have sinusitis, and are living with its
consequences. After reading up on this for quite a while, I'm
beginning to wonder whether we have infected sinuses or not... Often

I have a deviated septum as well as sinus congestion.  I find it difficult
