Dr Grossan some time ago stated that sea salt should NOT be used in sinus treatment because of all the crap animals excrete into the ocean.....fancy having THAT pour through your sinus cavities!! Kindest personal regards:-

I'm nearly finished with THE SINUS CURE now. I read about how iced beverages affect cilia and that warm beverages like tea can help. My question is, just how big of a factor is this? And, how cold is too cold? Is juice or soda in the fridge too cold or is it only iced drinks?
