Sinofresh --- what stores11 Apr 2004 05:42 GMT1
Are there any chain stores that carry this product??
I think I'll try it (or my wife will as her sinus problems seem more
continuous than mine).
I'm sure its been mentioned, but I just seem to have a brain drain right
the war on disease09 Apr 2004 16:21 GMT13
I had a very interesting meeting today with my Infection
Disease Dr. I'll try to sum it up as quick as possible. After going
over my diagnosis', there where 6 of them. Fibromyalgia,Lyme, chronic
fatigue, etc, etc. All of which means i'm going through hell right now.

Chrons disease is obviously a reactive infection. It's being
treated in England but NOT America. Why, I don't have a clue. Could it
be all the money being made on immune-suppresants and other drugs of
that ilk? I can understand skepticism in all groups but this disease
Questions for Murray08 Apr 2004 16:36 GMT3
Hi Murray,
I have just started using the pulsatile irrigator and find it to be
very useful. Well done!
No verdict yet on ClearEase or the moisturizing gel.
Dead Thread08 Apr 2004 05:40 GMT8
I am finishing my view as to why I post to each group. It
seems there is some doubt as to my reasoning behind this. I have an
"autoimmune" disease. Antibiotics and collodial silver are making mine
better and hopefully cured one day.
my story, plus a suggestion07 Apr 2004 05:17 GMT17
For years I had cripplingly painful sinus headaches. A sudden change
in air pressure would always bring one on, but sometimes they would
occur without a change in air pressure for no apparent reason. I try

inflamation & ibuprofen06 Apr 2004 16:39 GMT1
Since my surgery in may 03 I have avoided using ibuprofen and asprin
because of all the polyps I had removed.I was thinking it would be
nice if I could try some ibuprofen to possibly help with my
sinuses.Bad idea or what?   Russ
light headed -related to sinus?06 Apr 2004 07:20 GMT5

different times of the day, doesn't seem to be caused by anything in

I have been using the Grosson irrigator and tip for quite a while now.
About 8 days ago I was irrigating my sinuses. I used half the solution
on the right nostril until the solution came out the left nostril.. I
switched over to the left nostril. I was not paying attention. The ...
For Our FAQ, A Glossary Would Be Handy Too04 Apr 2004 00:14 GMT3
We frequently get people on this NG who have the radiologist's report
from their CT scan, and/or their ENT's recommendations, and ask us to
translate it into simple English.  A glossary as part of the FAQ might
help.  We could provide one-sentence definitions of common terms like
Vestibular problem: Neurologist vs. ENT?02 Apr 2004 00:31 GMT1
Who do you think is the better professional to address such a problem. I've
been disappointed by both so am open to experiences and insights.

How do steroids work?01 Apr 2004 05:34 GMT15
I've been told they suppress the immune system.  If steroids
make my sinus swelling go away during the time I am on them,
does that indicate that the swelling was allergic in nature
and not infection?
Surgery/Smell loss01 Apr 2004 03:57 GMT4
Sixteen months ago I lost my sense of smell and my sinuses are 90%
blocked. My ENT (the 3rd one and they all agree) wants to do the
surgery and after putting it off in December I am reconsidering. Has
nayone here had their sense of smell restored after surgery? I must
