I see where hot tea with lemon and honey is suggested to help open the
sinusus and get things moving. My question is just how warm does the
drink have to be? I really don't enjoy hot drinks, but will give this

I came to this group about 10 weeks ago when I was told by my Dr. that
the facial pain I was experiencing around my eyes, my cheeks and my
