| Nasal stuffiness at night | 06 Mar 2004 18:26 GMT | 2 |
I am asking advice for a friend, who for months now has sounded very nasal and stuffy and tells me her nose gets stuffy every evening and she can't figure out what it could be. She just got back from a trip to Florida (we live in upstate NY) and had the same phenomenon there as ...

| Hot tea question | 06 Mar 2004 15:59 GMT | 4 |
I see where hot tea with lemon and honey is suggested to help open the sinusus and get things moving. My question is just how warm does the drink have to be? I really don't enjoy hot drinks, but will give this a try if it helps! Also, how much honey and lemon? Thanks.

| Steroid shots up the nostrils | 03 Mar 2004 17:09 GMT | 5 |
Has anybody here had steroid injections in your nostrils? I did a couple of times when I was in bad shape with swollen sinuses. Within a day the swelling went down which allowed my sinuses to drain. It sounds horrid I know, but the ENT swabbed a topical pain killer in my ...

| Nausea? | 01 Mar 2004 16:35 GMT | 4 |
Am I the only one who gets nausea secondary to sinus, ear, head pressure? My ENT says he doesn't think my nausea is due to my ear and nose issues. I think he is dead wrong. When my sinus and ears are clear I dont have nausea. I think I need a new ENT since I know enough about the ...
