I was all ready for Sinus surgery but the Doctor said because of High
blood pressure I need a release form from my General Doctor. The EKG was
irregular. Then I went to a heart specialist and they ordered another

I just learned of a new nasal spray called Sino Fresh. Supposedly, it kills
mold and bacteria in the sinus cavities. Since I'm highly allergic to mold,
it caught my interest. Has anyone tried this product? Did it work for you?

i got a little book called the 'Sinus SourceBook' and they talk about
'draining the sinuses' especially if the patient has poor immune
system, under chemotherapy, or there are complications with the sinus
infection that may involve the vision, brain infection or brain

I have a reoccuring swollen left turbinate. It cause a headache in my left
eye when inflamed. I know it is an allergy.
I had some turbinates cut out I believe 15 years ago along with fixing a
deviated septum fixed but I do not want to go the surgery route again. The

you can make a very nice nasal spray yourself with distilled water,
salt and a magical solution called Alkalol.
you just take 1/2 tsp salt and a cup of water and add 1/4 to 1/2 cup
