It's been an hour after I irrigated with the Hydro Pulse, BreathEase XL (two 500 ml treatments). Nothing has come out, and, my nose still seems stuffy. Should I have gotten a "rush" of the solution pouring out? Thanks!

Just bought it, and, used it for the first time--did two treatments with the BreathEase XL, but, have a question on the angle. The picture in the book seems to show that the nostrils are at 90 degrees to the floor. I noticed if I was at 90 degreess or tipped my head more up (back) ...
