what tea do you guys take for thinning the mucous and also the throat
problem? green tea? i'm from philippines, asian continent, so we have
various type of tea... i don't know what to take. green tea is very
popular in health community though.

I am thinking of having septoplasty performed to correct a deviated
septum.  The doctor who would do it emphasized the fact that he did
not use packing unless absolutely necessary, saying that packing is
what most people complained about.  He said he places some kind of

My nose polyps were finally taken out Sept 11th in a 45 minutes surgery.
5 minutes before the surgery, they gave me about 5 pills to swallow.
But I don't remember what they were for. Only that I had to take them
