My nose always starts to block more around 3 or 4 pm and stays plugged until later morning. Then from 9 or 10 am until afternoon it is tolerable. I have asked several doctors what this is and have never gotten a response. Anyone else have this or know why.

I have the waterpik wp-72w. I bought a entsol adapter. It does not fit. Will grossans work. And is it any good? feedback please. I have been using a aerasol saline product but at 7.00 each its to expensive. But it worked great. I used the waterpik with saline solution with the teeth

I was at the end of a slight sinus infection until yesterday when there was a large fire in the hills near my house. I woke up today with a very bad flare-up. Could there be a connection? I already used up my anitbiotics and would like to avoid another Dr. visit.
