4 years after a MiniFess I still get infections, and do most of the right
things regularly.
The ostium on the left is no longer visible at all nasoscopically.  On the
right it is visible, but is a source of pain, closing off easily, with my

My wife has been suffering severe sinus headaches on and off for the past 3
years or so.
These headaches are sometimes extremely painful and keeps her awake at

my doctor told me that very far from my nose there's mucuous.
somewhere near eustachian tube and it can't be reached by the nasal
irrigator, is there anything i can do to clear those up?

I am hoping someone might have some advice on this...
I am getting sinus headaches which seem to be worse since I started
using the neti pot, and am wondering if anyone has ever gotten an
infection from using one, and if I should just stop.

I've had a Sinus infection in my nose for 3 years now and it wont go away ie I

They stopped making Nasacort, and only make Nasacort AQ now.  The plain
Nasacort worked great, but the AQ version has Benzalkonium Chloride in it.
I have other samples of sprays but they  have Benzalkonium Chloride in them
too.  Rhinocort doesn't but has sodium benzoate in it to ...

has anyone tried using SUDAFED for severe nasal congestion and clogged
eustachian tube? did it work? how fast is the result? any
