I have been suffering from cronic pelvic pain for years and would
really like to learn the exercises of Ishmo Tater. Can you please
explain them to me, or give me a link where I can find them on the Web

Ishmo Tater will go down in history as being the one who
has done more to relieve the pain of cp.
When the exercise is done on a daily basis the symptoms of
cp will go away completely.
