Need some advise...over last 5 years PSA ranged from 3.6 to 5.6 up and down..I am 63,I walk and ride bike. Not too much overweight at 200 lbs. Had a needle biopsy (Hope never again) a few years ago which was neg..now they want to do another.... I have Prostitis, Uretha bladder

My experience with prostatitis is the sensation of burning in the urethra near the tip of the penis is oftentimes worse than the prostate pain itself. I have discovered that squirting some triple antibiotic ointment up in there a few times a day seems to help -

I recently had a prostate exam as part of a regular physical. I am 50 yo and my primary said my prostate showed no signs of enlargement and was like that seen in younger men. I have always had at least one orgasm per day and sometimes more than one like on weekends.
