I feel quick spasms to my penis- makes me feel like I need to urinate. I've eliminated sugar, honey, dairy, caffeine, corn syrup, citric fruits, chocolate, any beverage other than water, and the symptoms are still present.

I have had a decreased urinary flow gradually getting worse for 6 or 7 years. Prostate is not enlarged. Doc says it is smooth and normal. PSA is normal. Nothing comes out when I ejaculate at night and very little during the day.

I bet a substantial number of CPPS sufferers have enterococcus faecalis in their prostatic secretions. Huh? Am I wrong about this doctors? Anyways, it's interesting enterococcus faecalis can cause inflammatory bowel disease yet when it's isolated in CPPS sufferers it's normal flora.
