Walgreen's Health Initiatives to manage the program.   In practice I
submit claims to them and when problems arise I call them.   alghtouh
I am covered by Medicare, this is not a Medicare Part D Plan.  Rather

I posted last month about my sudden rise in PSA, found at my annual physical
exam.
Just to review:
Here is the historical data:

I'm still holding in there at non-detectable PSA (<0.01 ng/ml), now 20
months after robotic prostatectomy.  No real progress on ED or incontinence
(1 pad/day).  Unfortunately, my wife's breast cancer recurred in the spring.

As you can see below Kevin's PSA continued rising, 15.0 on 8/12 to 20.8
on the 8/19 blood draw.
On 8/24  we saw his medical oncologist and after some discussion Kevin
signed up to enter the Abiraterone phase 3 trial.  We then sat down with

Hi all.  Went to the VA hospital today to meet with my RO and get my
latest PSA drawn.  I'm 5 months out now from my round of SRT.  Got good
news, my PSA is still going down and is at 0.01.

It has been 6 years since the RRP HT and EBRT and the PSA is still
undetectable, after a gleason 9 with a psa of 9.4
The oncologist now says that I am cured... and placed me on the phone
contact list only (if the PSA ever rises)
