Well, I'm back home after my robotic prostate surgery.
I'm feeling pretty "beat-up", but recovering one step at a time.
(The worst part was getting rid of the gas they blow you up with.)
So far, all I know is that my lymph nodes were negative for cancer

I now have had a Remeex sling fitted but that is a dreadful disaster
and has given me lots of problems. It will be removed and an
artificial sphincter fitted at the same time that the useless sling is

My doctor warned me that hormonal treatment could have as a side effect hot
flashes, up to several times a day.  I seem be be an exception to this.
After 4 months of Depo-Eligard, I now have a hot flash every 30 minutes,
each one taking about 4 minutes.  I can almost set my watch ...

On July 5, 2004 I started my first infusion in a six month chemo trial. At
that time, I had received my second Eligard injection and reported a PSA of
3.0 and mets to L2 & T3. (Note: 60 days earlier PSA was 32.4 and mets were
