My father, aged 67, has just been diagnosed Gleason 9, with psa 78. Biopsy shows that cancer has spread to the wall of the bladder. He doesn't want to take any treatment, figuring that nothing will cure the cancer & that his quality of life is important. Has anyone known

My Hub has been on Flomax for a year and is now having pain off and on during the day. He had radiation seeds inserted last year. He is in his late 70's.

Going to Doc 1st time since RALRP. Will get PSA. Have been thinking about it, and believe that, if PSA indicates residual cancer, so that a lifelong battle with the damn thing is in the offing, I believe that the Doc Holiday strategy might make things more interesting.

Haven't posted in a long time but wanted to pass along Larry's stats for Steve. PSA is still <0.01 almost two years after RRP. (September will be two years.) He still has ED but one nerve had to be removed so I guess that's to be expected. Viagra didn't work and the shots ...
