pca in the first place, so is there any post RP diet that is known to
promote healing and more importantly delay mets?
A naiive question I know, but I 'm asking because I have the attitude
Altered Assay16 Feb 2008 13:05 GMT3
For some reason, the lab changed to, or my uro ordered, a standard assay.

up my graph.

I had my davinci robotic RP Jan 24, and because the pca had spread to
the lymph nodes and were removed, the operation took about 3 hours
instead of 1/3 that time.
Also, I was in severe pain in my lower abdomen for the entire time in

Update from Clinic Visit Today12 Feb 2008 21:29 GMT4
This morning I went back for a scheduled visit to the urology clinic at
Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit after they decided not to remove my catheter
last week.  The urethra-bladder connection was still leaking then.  Today,
the bladder x-ray was good and they pulled my little ...

Update10 Feb 2008 07:20 GMT6
I'm now 12 days post-op on my RLRP.  I went down to Detroit to have them
check the healing on my urethra-bladder connection needed for catheter
removal.  Unfortunately, the connection is leaking so they decided to leave
the catheter in place for at least another week.
