Telling family, friends and coworkers21 Dec 2007 12:49 GMT40
I haven't told anyone except two people, for specific reasons, and

My RP is scheduled for the end of January (it drives me crazy thinking
about the approaching date).  Anyway, I'm really tempted NOT to tell a

The China Study - Opinions?20 Dec 2007 03:58 GMT12
I am reading the book "The China Study" by Dr. T. Colin Campbell.  It
appears to indicate that if one refrains from meats and milk that the
cancer will stop.
I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and am scheduled for a
Merry Christmas & Happy Hollidays to All20 Dec 2007 00:12 GMT1
I haven't joined in with many discussions lately, having little to add to
what's being discussed, but I do read on a regular basis. I'd like to wish
you all ( there's too many great folks to name) a  great holiday season.

Can a benign sliver of prostate develop PCA?19 Dec 2007 00:54 GMT6
I had an RP 3 1/2 years ago and have had a constant PSA reading of
0.09 ever since. My current Uro says that a
benign sliver of prostate tissue was probably left and that I should

Does PSA ever go to Zero?18 Dec 2007 05:59 GMT13
We got good news today (three months after salvage radiation ended).  At

"Caring for Pops: Trying to Be a Friend and a Son at the Same Time"16 Dec 2007 16:23 GMT1

Folks, I would like to turn over the floor to Alan Kearnley now, son
of Hughie, to give him a chance to speak.   I found this piece funny
and very moving.
