I've heard anectdotal stories, and read a couple of study results, that seem
to indicate a -very- low fat diet helps control PCa.
I've read that Dr. Ornish 's diet can be helpful. Ornish restricts the diet
to no greater than 10% of total calories to fat -from all sources.

I have heard all these terms...do they mean the same thing?
And, do I understand that basically the only differnece (advanatge) is

At the 36 month mark from start of treatment:
PSA results yesterday = 0.14, down from 0.2, up from 0.05, up from

First of all I was in a state of high anxiety all week and was on
tranquilizers just to get through each day...but that's just me.
The night before  I was instructed to take one tablet of Cipro

Putting this on here because he obviously had a reoccurrence of Pca
after his RP, that was put into remission by RT in 1998.
Heather (and he was born in the US, but raised here as his father was
