A member of my family is having a post radiation cystitis after being
treated for prostate cancer. Cancer seem to be removed, but radiation
effects are making his life miserable. He practically can't leave
house because urgency is too frequent. He bleeds occasionally.

came out. I'm doing 15 sets of 5 reps a day.

Will I live to see 80?
I recently picked a new primary care doctor.
After 2 visits and exhaustive lab tests, he remarked that I was doing
"fairly well" for my age.
