Hello again, I posted about two weeks ago and received some appreciated information. I have postate cancer nodules n my lungs. The Lupron/Eligard shots have "put them to sleep" and my psa is less than 0.1 for over six months

At SOME point in the next few weeks - month or two, etc, I'm going to have to ask for someone to help edit my "Thing" about foods that might be helpful in Prostate Cancer. The FOOD and recipes will probably require no editing.

I already have what I assume is an adequate intake of Lycopeine from fresh and processed tomatoes. I eat a head of broccoli in some or another form daily. I'm a chilli-head, so get a fair dose of Capsaicin.

WHY make your own? Almost all Commercial brands are made from Concentrate - that is - from Tomato Puree. There are a few exceptions most notably in UK - "Napolina" brand.
