My leaking after the AMS 800 implant last year that is. Saw the uro yesterday and he said that I am in the 5% "failure" group. The problem has to do with the size of my urethra. He used the smallest cuff that AMS makes for the artificial sphincter, and it is too large for my

It's been four years since my RP and PSA every six months has been stable. My test results last week however, showed an increase from .044 to .100 Not sure how to read this. My Uro is already talking about hormone treatment.

Just got my 6 month post SRT test results....0.025, down from 0.045 in October and .110 pre-SRT. So far so good! Hope we've killed the beast! Thanks to all who helped out with their advice and comments earlier this year when I was trying to figure out whether to do SRT right away
