Postoperative Nomogram for Prostate Cancer Recurrance02 Apr 2006 03:16 GMT1
I found one of the above, and have a question.  From my path report, we
have 'established', 'focal', or 'invaded capsule' extraprostatic ext.
I am assuming the worst, because of the bladder neck.  But I just
thought I'd check.  This nomogram is not useful for us, obviously we

Thought I'd share my good news with the group.
Based on a rising PSA, I took part in a test of a targetted biopsy,
combined with the standard biopsy.
Got my results yesterday.  All negative, including a spot selected.

A favorite uncle of mine had his PSA progress upward from 13, 16 and
finally to 20 that we had him undergo a biopsy.

Met with the uro today for post-surgical.  He recommended radiation
therapy in 3-4 months, when we asked about ADT he said that was
controversial.  I asked about why rad when we had pos lymph node and he
looked at the path, then said it was "tiny" and they probably got it
