I do not know if it is only my impression but after 40 days of RP I feel my penis reduced in size: could it be true or is only my imagination not been able to proof it with a regular erection?

As some of you may recall, I've posted a few times before. As ever, I appreciate the help I"ve gotten from the group I'm waiiting the results of a 3rd PSA test in the last few months. Reason is a PSA of 5.4 in September, after a 1.6 in January 2004. (I'm 58)

Hello again. First let me thank everyone who has posted great info in reply to my initial questions about deciding on surgery. Though not all new, it helped me validate the decision we finally made, which was a regular radical prostatectomy. I was pretty much an ideal candidate:
