In 2004 I had RP surgery with a Gleason 6 and a PSA of 3.4 (age 68 at the time). The surgery confirmed the orignal Gleason of 6, with the margins clean, Extraprostatic Extension clean, Seminal Vesicle invasion clean, Lymphovascular Invasion clean and a Stage of T2C.

I feel like sharing the good news I just got. After two years of bouncing PSA after HDR brachytherapy, I've finally hit a great number - 0.2. It might be just a low bounce but (knocking furiously on wood) it's got me feeling great.
