I had seeds implanted three months ago. At that time my PSA was 3.19,
but I was taking Proscar, so the urologist said that number needed to
be doubled. This week I had my 3-month test and had a score of 1.44,

hi my dad was told today his gleason number is at an 8 and that he should
have his prostate removed? His Psa number has been at 5 for the last 3
years. I am confused and hoping someone can shed some experience.

   Did not even take ibuprofen for pain relief today, although there still
is some soreness down there.  Swelling is down.  I can feel the tubes and
gizmos in the testicle sack.  Strange feeling to say the least.  I have to

I recently had my prostate shaved because it was restricting flow through
the uretha.  Even after surgery, I am suffering with intense bladder pain.
You get an urge to pee.  I get a spasm of pain from bladder to tip of penis.
