Best group to donate to for research?12 Jun 2005 17:29 GMT14

handing over spare grocery change to a group I know nothing about.

For six months I've known that I would be giving a presentation at a

Testing for Prostate Cancer Severity11 Jun 2005 18:57 GMT11

"Statistics from recent studies suggest we have to operate on 19 men to
prevent one death."  The goal is to stop the overtreatment.

Both my urologist and I were concerned when my PSA readings were 0.03 3
months after RRP and 0.07 9 months after RRP. I just got the results of
my 1 year reading and it has leveled off at 0.08. My uro says it is
probably a sliver of non-cancerous prostate tissue that got left

My dear brothers:
On June 16 in Washington DC, a prostate conference will occur. I cannot be

Study: Cancerous Prostate Removal Pointless If Over 6510 Jun 2005 04:13 GMT101
But hey - when the bill is $30,000, and the surgeon is reimbursed $1000
