Catheter-friendly underwear & pants16 Jun 2005 15:24 GMT11
What are people's opinions on catheter-friendly underwear, both for
lounging around the house and for walking? At present, all I own is
"jockey" style briefs. I was wondering about getting some of those
stretch jersey undershorts (like bike shorts, but underwear). Or do you
Incontinence questions16 Jun 2005 11:45 GMT7
Hi everyone.  I have a question about my dad's incontinence.
Just to remind you: 72 years old, psa 3.8, stage 1, gleason 3+3,
nerve-sparing robotic surgery by Dr. Tewari at Cornell April 8. Tumor
completely confined. Massively enlarged prostate had grown into bladder,
Canada's Med System -- again16 Jun 2005 11:44 GMT9
The Quebec Supreme Court has found their Medicare system unconstitutional.
Mainly 'cuz it is inequitable. Intolerably so.
Huh? I thunk it was sold to the voters on the allegation that it was just the

What questions to ask?....15 Jun 2005 14:52 GMT11

in fairly good health (minor back pain, previous ankle surgeries).
Extensive family history of prostate cancer (father - age 54 when

Can someone tell me if they have heard of this?14 Jun 2005 11:42 GMT5
Please note I am NOT - repeat *NOT* - spamming, trying to sell anything,
trying to say this works or whatever BUT on the TV a short while ago was a
story on Dr. Red http://www.drred.com.au/ where apparently this drink was
sent to labs to be tested by the Cancer Council of ...
1300 Page Prostate Cancer Website14 Jun 2005 03:07 GMT2
Those of us who have been here for a while got used to seeing this post
every few weeks.  I don't want to see it scroll off the archives and be lost
forever, so I took it on myself to re-post it.
We are coming up on a sad anniversary.
PSA Four Years Post Seeding13 Jun 2005 15:20 GMT3
Just got my 4 year PSA result.  Fourth straight semi-annual reading at <0.1.
Uro says I'm "pretty much home free", and after one more year I can cut PSA
testing to once per year.
I had seeding only, no hormone therapy or EBRT, based on RadOnc's belief
