Has anyone in the group had open or laparoscopic PC surgery who was also an ileostomate? I had a total proctocolectomy (removal of entire colon, rectum, and rectal stump) in 1999 as a consequence of ulcerative colitis. I have a stoma 2" below my belt line and 3" to the right of

Hubby discovered a lump on one testicle. It's at the very lowest part and almost in between the two. We called the rad-onc office and they had us come almost instantly. Blood work, chest x-ray (no clue why) and ultra sound of his testicles, hubby must have had fun - two woman trying ...

after 4 rounds of chemo, Curt's PSA continues to rise. it was 87 when he started and jumped from 100 to 130 from the 3rd to the 4th. It appears that he is not responsive to Taxotere. I haven't told him yet. I will tell him the PSA but not that the onoc nurse

Dr James Brooks at Stanford will do my RRP on Thursday July 7 at 07:30 PST. First autologous blood donation done (my first ever blood donation, no less - for a variety of reasons they would never take it for anyone else); second one scheduled for 6/22.
