Hi and thanks to all for the tips.
I got Desitin and it seems to help the raw, purple underside soreness.
Docs office said use it and then mentioned...if it's a yeast infection,

A Depends and Shields Diatribe (calling I.P.)07 Apr 2005 14:08 GMT20
Though I'm only without cath for 3 days now, I'm thinkin'...I fill about
5 pads or Depends a day.
I suppose that it's a GOOD thing that they turn the urine into some sort

Though it's been only 4 days since cath removal...I'm using a lot of
diapers.  (about 4 in a day).
Just this afternoon I noticed how sore (and getting raw) the underside
of the penis is from being in a diaper all the time.

expected that from the statistics, so was not surprised, but it sure is
good to hear the words, true for me too.  To remove the cancer was of
course the whole point, which appears to be history now. It sure makes
Francois Mitterrand06 Apr 2005 00:08 GMT9
The former French president Francois Mitterrrand (2 terms 1981-1988 and
1988-1995) was diagnosed  (DRE) in late 1981 shortly after his election
(spring 1981).
The cancer had already metastatized to the bones.
Incontinence, Caffeine and Alcohol05 Apr 2005 23:33 GMT8
In keeping with the incontinence theme...Walsh, et al talks about no
caffeine.
He doesn't mention alcohol (red wine, etc.) in regards to incontinence.
The diuretic effect is the problem.
