I lurked in this wonderful NG for the month prior to my surgery (RRP) on
3/2/05 at USC/Norris Cancer Center in Los Angeles. Pre-op PSA 4.87; biopsy
Gleason 3+4=7. Fantastic surgical result; pathology showed full containment
and actual Gleason of 3+3=6.

Just a note about a thing I learned when last in hospital.
I had trouble with the cathater adter my hip surgery so my surgeon
called in a Urologist; to my supprise the same guy recommended to ne
by my radiologist. I liked him very much as he was knologeble AND

I'm curious to see who is the longest survivor of PCa among this
wonderful group.  I had a RRP on Aug 1, 1996 (nine years this coming
August), with no long lasting effects.

Spot" in lower left Femur and bone Dr said it was called a "ENCHONDROMA"
and wanted to rechech it later this month. Surgery was done Feb

Searched loads of sites to no avail on a simple question " what's the
guideline for life expectancy after RT from when it's most likely there has
been 'mets'.

What's with this RASH?  Got rid of it with cleaning, airing it, creams,
powders etc..and now it seems to be wanting to come back ? It is in the
groin crease...well, I see my Uro the 16th..als will tell him of my
frequent night time toilet trips and the cold sweats..been 4 weeks ...
