Last year I booked a family holiday in the US for 4, travelling from the UK. This year I was diagnosed with PCa. My usual insurer, Boots, refused outright, but suggested another insurer who quoted £16,300 for a 2 week holiday. (That's about $30,000 USD to you people in the US.)

I'm unclear how many methods of robotic surgery there are. I thought robotic always meant RRP. But now I see some have RLRP. Is this correct? Or is it the same? Confused.

Has there been any research on the use of Thalidomide to combat PCa? I gather that it restricts the blood supply that cancer cells attract to themselves.

Hypothetical, but I'm sure it's happened before. Example: RRP done with post-op biopsy showing cancer localized and limited to prostate, no seminal vesicle penetration, and no piercing of the capsule. Why would there still be a chance of a rise in PSA years
