Travel insurance and PCa24 Mar 2005 16:39 GMT8
Last year I booked a family holiday in the US for 4, travelling from the UK.
This year I was diagnosed with PCa.  My usual insurer, Boots, refused outright,
but suggested another insurer who quoted £16,300 for a 2 week holiday.  (That's
about $30,000 USD to you people in the US.)

Thalidomide and PCa23 Mar 2005 18:38 GMT1
Has there been any research on the use of Thalidomide to combat PCa?  I gather
that it restricts the blood supply that cancer cells attract to themselves.

Wishing success to Ron B22 Mar 2005 02:32 GMT7
Well Ron B should be fasting for his surgical cure tomorrow, so we may
not hear from him until the middle of next week.
Here's wishing Ron B the same results I got.

Why would there be a PSA rise > RRP?20 Mar 2005 06:27 GMT5

limited to prostate, no seminal vesicle penetration, and no piercing of
the capsule. Why would there still be a chance of a rise in PSA years
