I have not seen this question answered. Do I have to worry for life if urinary blockage due to scarring will occur after surgery or is there a time after which it will not occur ?

Yep, Back to the hospital to check out heart and Pacemaker..Pacer has been acting up and almost 10 years it's at end of life.. Wish me luck again..and glad Ron is home...anyone else in the group have a Pacemaker? Howie

i just got an email and he wanted me to go ahead and post the word that he's home. he did have problems with being a bleeder and was having trouble passing clots which is why they kept him until today.

I've been looking at the Partin Tables and notice the term "Extraprostatic Extension". What does that exactly mean? What is the difference between that and "organ confined"? Does it mean the cancer escaped the prostate and will come back?

The catheter came out last Tuesday, and everything seems to be working fine, but there is burning every time I urinate. What causes the burning, and is there any way to avoid it? Will it go away after several days? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
