low PSA, PCa with high Gleason score20 Feb 2005 12:28 GMT6
My comments are provided mostly to benefit, I hope, those folks
concerned about acquiring PCa or those recently diagnosed.  This
information is likely known to those of you have have dealt with PCa
for some period of time.
Low PSA linked to aggressive tumors?20 Feb 2005 12:27 GMT15

Brachytherapy Info19 Feb 2005 03:57 GMT30
I'm a month shy of my 65th birthday.  Was recently diagnosed with PC.
My PSA is 6.2, Gleason 6, and T1C.  Tomorrow I'm going to a
Brachytherapy information class at Kaiser, a HMO.  Was wondering if
anyone who considered or has the permanent seed proceedure had any

Robotic surgery19 Feb 2005 00:22 GMT3
Since robotic LRP is relatively new, it is hard to find a surgeon who has a
lot of experience with the procedure.  Also, it is hard to find one who
publishes their results in regards to continency, potency, positive margin
percentages, etc.  When you pull up the daVinci web site ...

I am 54 years old with a psa level under 1.0.  My doctor told me i have
one nodule and wants to do a biopsy.  He also told me that the biopsy
is like trying to find a seed in a grapfruit so I am not to interested
in going thru the pain for a 50/50 shot or less to find possible or ...

I.P Rants18 Feb 2005 02:35 GMT1
I.P.
Perhaps I was a little harsh using "rants" in my last post and I apologize
for that.  I recognize that you've contributed a lot to this group and I'd
like to see you around for a long time in the future. That was the gist of
Support for my HT decision17 Feb 2005 21:27 GMT4
I'm at ease with my decision to delay post-RP HT against my doctor's initial
advice. I posted my first, loooong rationale here, and it occasionally comes
up again, like this morning's sausage. Some people here agree with my
rationale, many don't . . . not that there's anything wrong ...
