Its Lewis from Edmonton. In March of '03 I was found to have a PSA of
57. I started on hormone treatment in Oct. '03 and at the end of 6
months my PSA was down to 3.8. I then had 30 radiation treatments ending
this May. Today I had my 6 months check up and my PSA reading was 0.17.

I had nerve spareing RRP on the 13 October, one week later I strained
while constipated and issued blood from my catheter. The bleeding
stopped after 12 days and I had the catheter removed yesterday, I have
virtually NO control over my urine. Doc says i probably strained a

7900cGY total dose of Proton "only" spread over 65 total days.
10/29/02.....6.4-at time of DX
6/30/03.......4.0-2 mos after TX

Well, after taking out those two lymph nodes the PSA is still going up, but not
as rapidly.  The tumors, the doc said, were  VERY high-grade, Gleason 10, very
messy looking cells.  I'll do some calculations:
