Just received results from my second postop PSA.  My doc called me
around noon and said it was still "undetectable."  He sounded really
happy about it.  Going to do another one in two months.

Is this normal?  Anyone else had this?

A well-known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a $20.00  bill.
In the room of 200, he asked, Who would like this $20 bill?
Hands started going up.  He said, I am going to give this $20 to one of you
but first, let me do this.  He proceeded to crumple the $20 dollar bill ...

Finally,FREE Treatments for CALIFORNIANS with PCA!!!!15 Sep 2003 03:57 GMT1

Question re seeding15 Sep 2003 02:49 GMT6
I am 71 year healthy watchful waiting man whose PSA has risen from 4 to near
8 over 3 years with a favorable DRE. Will the size of my tumor at some
point, short of going outside the capsule, disqualify me from treatment with
radiation seeds? Another question: why have so many of you ...
Post-op PSA Question14 Sep 2003 19:24 GMT6
We all strive for <0.1 post-op PSA levels.  I was told the reason the
result is reported as <0.1 is that it's really zero but the equipment
isn't sensitive enough to make a claim any more accurately than <0.1.
Other labs, with different equipment I assume, and many in this group

On one of the news magazines shows earlier this year, there was a
Doctor that was using his own cancer cells in a petri dish to test out
different cancer drugs.  I don't know which show he was on.  Does
anyone have any information on this? The name of the show? A website?
Viagra question12 Sep 2003 13:41 GMT17
Some of you have mentioned taking a quarter or a half Viagra a day to
help get Willie the one eyed wonder worm to wake up and remember to do both
jobs that nature intended.  I just wonder if that was an instruction from a
physician, or just something tried on your own?  So far ...
just need to vent!!!!!12 Sep 2003 13:34 GMT5
hi folks - ya ever had one of those meetings where the batteries in your
anal smoke detector went dead because it was screaming for so long and
so loud, and all you can do is sit there with a smile on your face and
act cordial.
You Won't have Me to Kick Around 12 Sep 2003 06:32 GMT3
I'm moving tomorrow morning morning and my Internet won't be set up at the
new place until at least Wednesday.  But, then I'm going out of town through
the weekend.  The long and the short of it if I post here in the next 10
days, it will be rare and sporadic.
