hi folks - this is part two. the first part was my observations of what i saw and heard before i went in. now, i am in the surgeon's office and boy, do i have questions. we have a lot better than average relationship than the ordinary doctor/patient.

Here's the story. 1 year post RP and although I can enjoy decent sex with stimulation and a bit of Viagra, I am still improving slowy in the spontaneous erection area. If I get a rare slight erection all by itself, it feels a bit painful and sore for the few seconds it lasts. ...

Hi, I have so much to report and not enough time to do it in at the moment. We went to see the rad-onc who did the brachytherapy. Hubby is fine!! Everything seems perfect. The prostate is just about gone. He wants him back in 6 months and then after that he will be on a one year ...

I'm back... sorta. I found that when I say data drop and the electrician says $65, he's talking about running Cat 5 cable through some holes and nailing a box to the stud. I had to run a 100' cable to the utility room to get service and I suspect my wife aint gowna stand for that ...

A friend of mine had prostate cancer 5 1/2 years ago, treated by radical prostatectomy and radiotherapy. In 2000 his PSA was 0.05, last week it was 0.67. he is terrified that he might have a recurrence.
