I've just discovered this forum.     I'd like to ask two questions.
I'm 66 and have BPH since 2004.    My case doesn't seem to be too
severe so far.   But it is uncomfortable and sometimes embarrassing.
I have been taking  Saw Palmetto for almost 5 years.   I began with

Anyone ever hear about the use of an external beam radiation as a
"bloodless" treatment for BPH?  I realize it is intended for prostate
cancer but maybe a reduced dose would be sufficient for BPH.

Hello: I know certain drugs and over the counter medicines, can affect
urine flow. What about the athsma inhaler Symbicort? They do have a
warning for other inhalers like Spiriva, which can cause urinary

72 yr old.
Have to use the bathroom 3-4 times per night.
No other problems, just the frequency.
Just thought i'd ask here, before my next Dr. appointment.
