Not seen many reports from european patients having had PVP, some from UK months ago and then nothing else. According to Laserscope, and my own contacts, machines are in use in UK, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, France, Denmark, Spain.....

62 yr old who had TUMT 7/2/04 and PVP 2/23/05. Started having symptoms again about Christmas time (more frequent night awakening and straining to start the flow.) Went in to the URO today for cystoscopy and possible dilation.

I have heard that aspirin raises PSA, saw palmetto lowers it, and sex raises it. To get an accurate reading, for how many days before PSA should one abstain from each of the above? Jesse
