AVO and PRO, are FDA-approved, "DHT inhibitors". Saw Palmetto is also a DHT inhibitor, but is not FDA approved. I have read some studies about a year ago stating that some men have some symptomatic relief by taking Saw Palmetto. In my case it did nothing.
