| what is retro? | 27 Dec 2004 16:55 GMT | 3 |
I keep reading posts mentioning this. What is it? Does it cause any harm? What is the evidence? I notice the volume of ejaculate is a fraction of what it was when I was younger. Is this a symptom of retro?

First, I want to thank all you guys for being here. I've been a lurker on this group--and in its archives--since last Tuesday when, after a cysto by Dr. Lin, he recommended a PVP for my BPH and "tipped" bladder (I have an ileostomy, so there's nothing in there to hold it up) ...

| PVP for BPH was a snap. :-) | 21 Dec 2004 18:10 GMT | 8 |
I thought Wednesday would never come. As some of you know, I've contributed to this newsgroup and did my fair share of complaining about the side effects of Flomax and Xatrol, and also of DHT inhibitors such as Saw Palmetto and PROSCAR. Those days are now behind me!

| PVP For Median Lobe Protrusion - Ball-Valve | 20 Dec 2004 22:51 GMT | 3 |
Anyone have any information or experience with PVP for a median lobe protrusion into the bladder aka a ball-valve? TUNA, TUMT, thermal, alcohol, etc. are NG for a ball-valve. That leaves TURP, PVP or holmium laser as the only alternatives.
