One of the marketing ploys of Laserscope is to leave out relevant and pertinent information. Regarding the bladder, years of BPH may cause it to lose contractility.....like a balloon that is repeatedly over inflated

TURP is called the "gold standard" for 50 years. If you have a really skilled expert doing it, is the TURP better than the "green light" laser, PVP? As far as I can tell, PVP burns away tissue instead
