Cranberries can be bought, I just found out, in two ways. My special products section of a major local grocery chain has them [at lowest cost] sweetened with apple juice and also another product sweetened with sugar. Does anyone know if cranberry juice is as good?

Realize there are probably no statistics on this, but in a general sense, does the taking of Saw Palmetto "help" a "majority" of users ? Have been taking (160 mg twice/day) for bph problem for 6 months now, and doubt that it has had any effect, whatever.
