Have been perusing the user group for a while, have visited a urologist re: a PVP. Occasionally it is mentioned that a catheter MAY have to be inserted by ones self. Dr. said this a possiblility, but not likely. Just thinking about it makes me nervous ! ! Is it as bad as it seems

All conditions are fine except that I have difficulty sleeping. If I take one 30 mg tablet it helps by cutting down to one trip per night. I am 77 is this normal? Any of you about my age have this difficulty? Is there any danger in taking Flurazepam?
