I had a TURP 3 years ago and a PVP 19 days ago. I learned the hard way that even if there is no blood or pain at the end of the first week, don't lift heavy things, run, sit for long periods or have sex.

I'm 38 and my semen has got less and less and for a year now has dried up completely. I thought my ejaculation might have gone retro (ie in the bladder) but I don't have any pre-ejaculatory fluid either. I can't find anything about what could go wrong with the bulbourethral

I am on flomax and proscar. Prostatitis is becoming more of a frequent problem and my uro has suggesested TUNA. I am very concerned about retro. Right now am completely retro and would like to reverse this symptom. One previous poster who had PVP stated that:
